Terms of Service

VPNiy provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, including international routes, subscription management, and access to client downloads. Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscription details are provided through the user panel; do not obtain account configurations from unverified pages.

Available routes and features depend on what is shown in the user panel and the selected plan. The service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, content licenses, or membership benefits for third-party websites. Access to a destination website also depends on its regional rules, account status, and service policies.

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription link secure, and do not disclose them on public pages, in groups, or in shared documents. A subscription link grants access and should be handled like account credentials. If it is exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and request assistance through the panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but this does not permit reselling, renting, publicly distributing subscriptions, or sharing an account with other users. You may not use the device policy to create a public proxy or resale service, or repackage this service as another paid product.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See the Plans page for prices and data allowances, and check the billing method and selected items before placing an order.

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in the jurisdictions relevant to your use of the service, as well as the rules of destination platforms. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including online fraud, data theft, distributing illegal content, or infringing intellectual property or other legal rights.

You must not carry out cyberattacks, malicious scanning, spam distribution, or unauthorized system access, or use automated requests to disrupt other users or infrastructure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. When assessing whether a use is lawful, follow applicable law rather than relying solely on whether a technical connection is possible.

Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, link congestion, device status, and destination services. Maintenance, upstream network failures, or events beyond our control may result in route changes or temporary interruptions. Route locations and connection methods may change as operations require and do not constitute a guarantee of fixed performance.

If you encounter an issue, first check your local connection, update your subscription, and try another available route. Then submit a support request with details of the issue and relevant troubleshooting information. VPNiy does not control third-party services, their content or policies, or decisions regarding their accounts. To the extent permitted by law, VPNiy is not liable for indirect losses caused by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, an attack, compromised credentials, or another risk to service security, VPNiy may suspend relevant access, restrict features, or terminate the account based on the risk. In urgent cases, necessary action may be taken first, with an explanation provided through the user panel afterward.

If you disagree with the outcome, submit an explanation and relevant records through a support ticket. Information needed for a review should relate to the issue in dispute. Do not send your password or full subscription link in a ticket. Account decisions and dispute handling remain subject to applicable law and statutory consumer rights.

VPNiy may update these terms when service features or applicable rules change. The month of the latest update will be shown on this page. Changes affecting users' primary rights or obligations will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Changes take effect in accordance with applicable law and will not retroactively remove rights users have already acquired by law.
