Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to refund requests for VPNiy subscription services. Requests, additional materials, and decisions are recorded in support tickets in the user panel. Check the relevant order’s payment record and ticket replies for updates.
Refund window and eligibility
You can request a full refund within 60 days of your first payment, with no reason required. The refund period starts on the date of your first successful payment. The request date is based on when you submit a support ticket. A request submitted within the period does not become late because of subsequent verification or payment processing.
Please specify which orders you want reviewed. Renewals, upgrades, or separately purchased data packages do not restart the refund period for your first payment. For multiple transactions, each payment status, order reference, and existing refund record must be checked to prevent missed or duplicate refunds.
Eligible requests and order verification
Requests related to connection experience, client use, region selection, or changes in personal needs can be made within the refund period. You do not need to prove that the service is faulty. Connecting to a route, importing a subscription, or using data does not, by itself, disqualify you from a full refund under this policy.
This policy does not set a data-use percentage or an excess-use fee threshold. If there is unusual usage, inconsistent order information, or a suspected breach of the Terms of Service, the relevant records must be reviewed and the issue explained in a support ticket. An account restriction alone does not automatically invalidate a refund request.
Requests made after the refund period are not covered by this no-questions-asked refund policy. There are no funds to refund again for an unsuccessful payment, a canceled order, or an order that has already been refunded. For billing issues such as duplicate payments or a successful payment that did not activate an order, submit a separate review request rather than treating it as a standard service-experience refund.
How to request a refund and what to include
Sign in to the account used for payment and open a support ticket. State that you are requesting a refund and provide the order number, payment date, amount, and payment method. List each order separately if there is more than one. Giving a reason is optional and is not required for a request made within the refund period.
If the order status does not match the payment result, you can provide a transaction receipt or payment provider transaction ID. Include only the information needed for verification in screenshots, and conceal unrelated balances and transaction details. Do not share your account password, payment password, private keys, or recovery phrases.
After submitting your request, add any further materials to the same ticket to keep the information together. VPNiy will check the order and payment records and share the result in the ticket. If anything is missing, the team will explain what to provide. Paid benefits end when the refund is completed, so plan for any ongoing connections and tasks in advance.
Refunds to the original method and confirmation
Where possible, refunds are sent through the payment method used for the original order. For Alipay and WeChat Pay, check the transaction history in the relevant payment account. A request being accepted, a refund being initiated, and funds arriving are separate stages; check each one accordingly.
Arrival time depends on payment provider processing and the transaction status. This policy does not promise a fixed refund timeline. If the ticket confirms that a refund has been initiated but the payment record has not updated, reply in the same ticket so the provider’s confirmation can be checked. If a refund cannot be sent through the original method, the reason and available options will be explained before proceeding.
Special payment methods and disputes
USDT transfers work differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds; a confirmed transfer cannot be reversed directly. Include the original transaction ID with your request. If a separate transfer is needed for the refund, confirm the receiving address, network, and refund amount basis in the ticket to avoid sending funds to an incompatible address or network.
If network fees, exchange differences, or an unavailable original payment route are involved, explain the basis for the proposed handling and provide an amount breakdown in the ticket first. No fee percentage is assumed, and a case will not be closed using an alternative method that has not been confirmed. If you disagree with the verification result, add payment evidence and details of the dispute to the original ticket to request a review and retain a complete record.
